daily housekeeping helpful staff personal spa relaxation options
the housekeeping was daily and thorough. the staff at the front desk offered helpful assistance. i found the personal spa with steam, pool, and relaxation options good.
the room i stayed in felt a bit too expensive considering the overall offering. i would still consider returning.

Fantastic stay close to major attractions
friendly staff excellent communication perfect location
The staff was very attentive . I received excellent communication from the hotel before my arrival. The location worked great for me, so close to iconic landmarks and the metro. Afternoon tea with cake in the lobby provided a nice treat.
The room felt a bit small for a longer stay.

a charming gem
double room private pool bird lift excellent location
the double room was ideal with my children. the private pool room was great (a real highlight!). the bird lift was a nice touch. the location was great, especially being close to transportation.
i booked over the olympics. the price was inflated, similar to other accommodations. i am sure that normally it would be excellent value for money.

breakfast was very nice. there were many options available each morning. we found the breakfast staff to be pleasant and attentive to our needs that much better.

the staff were lovely. they offered helpful recommendations of places to go. we felt they were very accommodating and were really nice too ensure we had a wonderful visit (i felt charmed).
